Keolis North America’s CEO, David Scorey, has taken the company’s efforts further by holding it accountable to peer organisations, as he signs a pledge committing to advance initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion.

Keolis North America joins CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion

Keolis North America has announced that its CEO, David Scorey, has signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within the company. This action helps to commit the business to advancing this work for its current 6,000 employees and prospective employees.

Keolis has made tremendous progress in recent years, and we continue to build a diverse talent pipeline, support our people and advance initiatives that reinforce our firm belief that everyone should feel valued at Keolis,” said David Scorey, Keolis North America’s President and CEO. “In signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, we are taking our initiatives even further by holding our organisation accountable to our peers and committing to learning from one another.”

By becoming a signatory of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, Keolis has committed to:

  • Cultivate environments that support open dialogue on complex, and often difficult, conversations around diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Implement and expand unconscious bias education and training
  • Share best-known diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives — as well as those that have been unsuccessful
  • Engage boards of directors when developing and evaluating diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.

Comprised of more than 2,000 signatories, the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to drive measurable action and meaningful change in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
